ABSTRACT

Authors are invited to submit online a one page abstract, which will be peer-reviewed.

The abstract should briefly outline the main features, results and conclusions as well as the general significance of the work that will be presented at the Symposium.

Contributions can only be accepted on the understanding that they will be presented at the Symposium. Note that each registered participant may present only one paper, but he(she) can be co-author in other papers.

The abstract should be written following the format of the present Word file and submitted online at the Symposium website: 

http://svcs2014.structronics.org .

The abstract should be submitted in Word (DOC) format and not be translated to Portable Document Format (PDF). The abstract has to be written in English using single spacing and Times-Roman font with 11 pt size. A 6 pt gap should distinguish subsequent paragraphs. The abstract must contain the full name and full address of the author(s). Within the limitation of one page, the abstract may contain relevant references (written using the format given below), a table and/or a figure.

Each accepted abstract will be reproduced as submitted in the Book of Abstracts of the Symposium. Further details on the content of the paper can be included in the full-length paper, which will be published in the Symposium Proceedings. The Book of Abstracts and the Proceedings will be delivered to participants upon registration.

FULL PAPER                                                  

Full papers (typically 10 pages, with minimum 8 pages long, maximum 12 pages long) should be submitted in doc/docx format.
